The laws are very strict rather than buying in the Antarctic
The Antarctic Environmental Protocol:
Greenpeace was the 14th January 1998, entry into force of the Antarctic environment (Madrid) Protocol as a historic victory in protecting the global environment. The minutes of international law was signed after their formal ratification by Japan, the last of the 26 member countries of the Antarctic Treaty to do so.
The measures include:
1) The restrictions on flights that can fly: A round-trip long-haul single example in the United Kingdom, Australia, South America or the Far East nearly as much CO2 release as a driving car 15,000 miles in a fairly standard 1.6L.
2) prohibition of vehicles (SUV): Especially for those who do not meet emission standards required.
3) educate the public about global warming and its consequences
4) prohibit the use of hydrfluorocarbond CFC / HFC / HCFC appliances, including refrigerators.
5) As mentioned above, the Protocol to the Antarctic environment that pROTECTION Antarctica is now the law, and no one can hurt.
